The Coalition of Orange County Community Health Centers has initiated a comprehensive project for the purpose of developing Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) for each of the members of the healthcare coalition.

For this project, the Coalition of Orange County Community Health Centers selected BOLDplanning's web-based planning system which is designed to assist organizations in development of a continuity plan based on FEMA's Continuity Guidance Circular 1 & 2 (CGC1/CGC2). The system walks users through each step of the planning process and helps develop a continuity strategy that clearly outlines the elements required for an organization to continue to perform its essential functions during times of disruption.

The system has been customized to meet the specific continuity planning needs of the Coalition of Orange County Community Health Centers, and has been deployed via the internet at OCHealthReady.com for this planning initiative.
